- From making a
payment, how long does it take to set up my
online shop?
A - You can
start selling in auctions on the next working
day. The website takes approximately 2 to 5
working days to complete the design and upload
process at our end. Q
- What happens after I
purchase this business start-up package?
A - Once we
have processed your order we will send you a
simple questionnaire to complete by first class
recorded delivery. You will also receive our
wholesale trade price lists and cartridge auction
templates so you can begin running auctions

- What questions are
asked in the questionnaire?
A - The
questionnaire is our web design questionnaire
and asks you questions that give us the basic
details we need in order to design your site for
you. These include your name,
contact details and choice of domain name. Q
- When a customer
orders through my site or auction listing, how am I paid?
A - When a
customer orders a product from your site their full payment plus the
delivery charge is paid direct to you. The money your customer pays is
credited straight to your PayPal
account and is available for you to draw on
immediately.
Once you have been
paid for an order, you in turn order
from us for delivery to your customer. You pay us the wholesale cost of the item(s) ordered plus the delivery charge
as calculated by your site. You
keep the difference between the price paid to
you by the customer and the trade price we
charge you. This money is already in your PayPal
account and can easily be transferred from there into
your bank account. Q
- How do I attract
visitors to my site?
A - You can
attract visitors in a number of ways, some of
the more common methods are: running online auctions, listing
with search engines, participation in banner
exchange and affiliate programs and getting
involved in email marketing. With auction
sales for example, many people who view the
auction will also view your website, it is not
uncommon for several hundred people to view a
single auction page. Having a link in the page
allows people to easily navigate to your
website.
Other
ways to attract visitors to your site are to
list your site with search engines. This can be
done free of charge and only takes a few minutes
per search engine. On taking out our online shop
package we will provide you with a comprehensive
list of search engines so that you can begin
getting your site listed.
